- I received my body butter and it was melted. What do I do?

  •   No worries!! It is made with all-natural ingredients so they will melt in high temperatures.  Stir product, place in the refrigerator for 10-15  minutes (or until semi-solid) then stir again,.

- Where do we ship from?

  •    All orders ship from New Jersey.

- Refund Policy.

  •    Orders can be cancelled in a 24 hour window, except gift cards. To request a cancellation please email buttamedownbodybutter@gmail.com.  Please title the email with "CANCELLATION, ORDER NUMBER and LAST NAME".

- Lost/Damaged Packaging

  •    Butta Me Down will not be held liable for lost or damaged packages.  Once the order is fulfilled the carrier company holds liability.  Please file a claim with the carrier company you selected at checkout (USPS, UPS, DHL) for all lost and damaged packages.

- Shipping Times

  •    Orders are typically shipped in 5-7 days from order date.  You will receive automatic tracking in your email or through SMS.  You may also subscribe to FB Messenger tracking. We are a small team, any delays will be communicated via the page headline.

- Are exchanges allowed?

  •    No!  Due to hygiene concerns all fulfilled orders are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
